
Sometimes sweat stains in a shirt or delicate garment don't disappear with a simple wash. To get rid of them for good you must soak your cloth and add water with some drops of vinegar or ammonia.
You can also directly rub the sweat stains with a white cloth soaked in water and vinegar and let it dry.
Another option is to soak the cloth with a handful of salt and some drops of alcohol. And then, put it in the washing machine.
Sometimes sweat stains stay in the armpits, to remove them use lemon with carbohydrate, and leave it on for a few minutes.
You can apply it twice a week to keep it clean.
