
Steam cooking allows keeping all the nutritious properties of the food in a better way, especially in the case of vegetables.
To cook with steam, you have to use an electronic steamer or a specific pot for this type of cooking.
Using it is very simple. The pot or casserole has some water in the interior and the food goes inside of the basket, without touching the water. Put the lid on the pot, then it goes to the fire, and the steam cooks the vegetables, in a fast and easy way without messing with the properties of the food that we are cooking.
